What is TrekMe?

It's a GPS-based application for Android. It gives you the ability to use your smartphone to download map data. This application was designed for trekkers, bikers, and outdoor enthusiasts who want to get the latest topographic map data for their Android devices without having to connect to the Internet. In addition, it can also be used with GPS and Bluetooth* devices.

It's easy to create a map. You just have to choose the area you want to download and press the start button. Your map is available for offline usage.

You can download maps from various sources including USGS, OpenStreetMap, SwissTopo, and IGN (France and Spain). We're constantly adding more topographic map sources to our list.
